Changes to Our Usual Way Of Business since COVID-19 Updated May 12 2020
As we navigate through these rapidly changing times we want you to know that we are able to offer you all of our usual services and welcome you into the Showroom with Physical Distancing procedures . We will likely require additional time to complete custom projects. However, we always have options for those rush projects!
As a small family-run business we are grateful to still be able to accept your project orders, it has enabled us to keep a majority of our team working together and keeping positive. Please be safe and well.
In the Showroom:
When you arrive please call us to be let in. We ask that you phone or email us ahead of time to let us know when you are coming by with a project or picking up your order. This way we can ensure a very limited number in the Showroom at any given time.
Curbside pick-up/drop off: If you prefer, please call us before or when you arrive so
we can accept your drop off/prepare your order for pickup just outside the store.
We can start your projects without you coming in:
We've got a great new system worked out:
We may be able to pick-up your Art for Framing, or you can ship or drop off just outside of the store for our retrieval
We'll send you photos of framing options and quotes for your approval.
Once complete, you may either pick up (again, outside of the store) or in many cases we may be able to deliver right to you.
If you have photos that need to be printed and framed you can send them to our Hightail drop box We will consult with you via email regarding size, design and pricing.
